14-day money-back guarantee

If you ask within 14 days of buying or renewing Pro, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Email with the email address you bought with (or your order number). Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 working days.

After 14 days

After 14 days we don't normally refund the current year, but you can cancel at any time so you won't be charged again. Pro keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for. If something isn't working, contact us and we'll do our best to fix it.

When a refund is given

Once a refund is made, the license key stops working and CACleaner goes back to the free version.
